Shipping is available. Bundles are processed before they ship: please allow 7 to 10 days for processing. Flat-rate domestic shipping is $14.99 per order (not per bundle), within the United States only. Any sales tax is shown at Square checkout.
Salon pickup is not available for online orders.
Returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unopened hair in its original packaging, approved by email first at nika@thehairgenius.com.
No restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the order was wrong, damaged or defective.
